The Organising Committee will continuously provide updates on which teams will take part in the 98th Spengler Cup. Media releases and news will always be published first on this website as well as on our social media channels. It is therefore worth following our channels to make sure you don’t miss any updates.

With HC Davos, the host team and defending champion, one participant for the upcoming Spengler Cup is already confirmed. The SCL Tigers will make their first-ever appearance at the Spengler Cup. A third team has also been announced with Frölunda HC from Sweden.

Games begin on December 26, with faceoffs at 3:10 p.m. and 8:15 p.m local time. Starting December 29, teams will fight for a spot in the semifinals, before the grand final takes place on December 31 at 12:10 p.m. in the Davos Eisstadion.
