Dear Spengler Cup fans

Due to Covid-19, the Spengler Cup 2021 had to be canceled one day before the start of the tournament. This was a painful decision with severe consequences for all involved, whether organizers, athletes, or fans.
As announced, we have been looking for solutions to compensate and reimburse previously booked tickets. The technical and legal assessment has taken some time. For that we ask for your understanding.
Due to the cancelation on such short notice, we as the organizers have been confronted with even greater financial expenses, which will only partially be covered by the protection shield offered by the federal and cantonal government, than in 2020. So, today we once again rely on the solidarity of all tournament visitors, fans, partners, sponsors, donors, and officials.
Generally speaking, we are legally obligated to reimburse all ticket costs. However, you have the opportunity to donate a part or the entire amount and, thus, make an immensely important contribution towards ensuring that there will be another Spengler Cup in 11 months. As mentioned, the protection shield will only partially cover the incurred expenses and it falls on HC Davos as the Spengler Cup organizer to cover the gap with additional budget cuts, credits, or donations.

For that reason, on January 7, 2022, we sent everyone who had purchased one or more tickets to the 2021 Spengler Cup an email with three ticket reimbursement options and with the request to reply no later than February 28, 2022.

Should you have not received such an email (please also check spam folder), please contact us by phone (+4181 410 0466) or by email (vorverkauf@hcd.ch).
